Job Description
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to recovery performance, loss, and damage.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track KPIs, cost trends, and initiative outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify root causes of losses and inefficiencies, providing actionable insights to PMO and Operations teams.
- Support recovery project leads with analytical input during initiative design, tracking, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across internal reports and management dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Product, etc.) to align data definitions and support strategic priorities.
- Develop and automate data pipelines or reporting processes to improve analytical efficiency.
