The Role :

ThoughtFull is hiring a Product Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of our mental health platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify user needs, shape solutions, and deliver features that create measurable impact – across mobile, web, and backend platforms.

What you will do :

• Product Discovery & Planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Clinical, Engineering, Ops, BD, CS) to define clear product problems and opportunities
• Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize feedback to inform product direction
• Assist in shaping the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on impact
• Execution & Delivery
• Translate product ideas into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams to bring features from idea to deployment
• Participate in daily standups, planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Communication & Alignment
• Ensure alignment on goals and priorities across cross-functional teams
• Share updates with internal stakeholders on progress, timelines, and decisions
• Balance competing needs, technical constraints, and user value
• Product Optimization
• Define and track key product metrics (e.g., engagement, adoption, session usage)
• Identify opportunities for improvement through data and user feedback
• Support testing and validation (A / B tests, prototypes, feedback loops)
