About the Role / The Opportunity

Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we’re looking for a skilled Cloud Solutions Engineer with a solid background in Computer Science, with CMS knowledge and Cloud administration experience, to join our Managed Services team.

What You’ll Do

• Provision, support and maintain our customers' cloud and on-premise environments and Sitecore products.
• Implement and maintain tools for monitoring and operations.
• Implement and maintain tools for logging and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in non-production and production environments.
• Respond to service disruptions while maintaining SLA uptime.
• Participate in a 24 / 7 on-call rotation along with our other engineers. Will need to carry laptop when on-call and have internet and phone access.
• Proactive monitoring to ensure that issues are being identified and addressed in real-time.
• Implement and maintain the highest level of security standard and ensure client data integrity.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering for new release planning.
• Develop and maintain documentation on operational procedure.
• Automate and streamline production operations and processes (PowerShell / MS runbook).
• Execute scheduled maintenance and optimization services.
• Assist in infrastructure design, estimating, and communicating with clients and prospects.
