IT Project Manager

Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly organized and experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution. This role requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines ensuring timely completion of milestones.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for flawless project execution.

Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure project success.

Monitor and report on project progress, including detailed status updates to stakeholders.

Lead regular meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and track project performance.

Ensure resource availability and allocation throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and uphold companys quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 certification, or similar credentials preferred.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

Strong technical knowledge across IT infrastructure, software development, or cloud solutions.

Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

5+ years of proven experience in IT project management or in a similar role.

Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex technology projects simultaneously.

Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments.

Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Working Hours

Full-Time : 40 hours per week

Flexible scheduling with core working hours between 10 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (local time)

Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

Familiarity with IT security principles, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements

Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking capabilities
