The Role

This is a high-profile leadership position providing strategic legal direction to an expanding FPSO and offshore portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the principal legal adviser on all FPSO and offshore operations.
• Drafting, negotiating, and managing complex agreements, including FPSO charters, EPCIC contracts, joint ventures, and subcontracts.
• Supporting major project financings, including negotiation of loan and security documentation for multi-billion-dollar offshore assets.
• Leading dispute resolution matters (arbitration, litigation, and settlement strategies), working closely with external counsel.
• Overseeing governance, compliance, and regulatory matters across global subsidiaries.
• Identifying, managing, and mitigating legal risks in offshore business operations.
