About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Ain Medicare Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base across Johor Bahru, Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Perak.

What you'll be doing

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territories
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Deliver engaging and informative product presentations to potential customers
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Accurately track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
Provide valuable feedback to the management team to improve products and services

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry. Anyhow, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders

Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business opportunities

Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software

A self-motivated and proactive approach to work with a keen attention to detail
