Key Responsibilities :

E-Commerce Management :

  • Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and content on the showroom's website and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart).
  • Ensure high-quality product descriptions, images, and SEO-optimized content.
  • Manage inventory and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for order fulfillment.
  • Track and improve conversion rates, cart abandonment, and user experience.

Customer Service and Satisfaction :

  • Ensure good customer retention by providing excellent and professional services.
  • Provide service and solve clients' problems through WhatsApp, Marketplace, Facebook Messenger, email and phone calls.
  • Coordinate and liaise customer orders with outlet for packing and dispatch.

    • Content & Social Media :

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content to promote furniture collections, deals, and promotions on Facebook, Instagram & Rednote(XHS)
  • Create visuals for posts, banners, and ads.
  • Engage with customers through social media platforms to build brand loyalty.

    • Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce management.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, WooCommerce, or similar.
  • Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in the Golf or Sports industry
  • Knowledge of marketplace selling (Lazada, Shopee, WooCommerce)
  • Experience in managing Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Rednote)
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to performance metrics.
  • Basic photography or graphic design skills.
  • Video shooting & editing experience
