We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both people and numbers, and who is eager to contribute to the smooth running of our company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Administer payroll, leave, and attendance tracking.
  • Support day-to-day HR functions, including staff welfare and compliance with labour laws.
  • Manage multiple companies' accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bookkeeping tasks
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant government bodies.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Human Resources or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
