Process Technician II

Overview

Process Technician II – Plexus Corp.

Purpose : To contribute to the efficient and high-quality production of Plexus products by skillfully performing assigned tasks, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Through continuous learning and collaboration, this role aims to optimize processes, identify and troubleshoot issues, and support Plexus's commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develops / executes manufacturing solutions and provides services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy customer requirements while establishing a technical specialty and applying process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to the role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production as it applies to the role.
• Demonstrates an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus manufacturing processes, product requirements & specifications, cross-discipline or supplier coordination as it applies to the role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus’s manufacturing processes and provides support to direct production line operators as it applies to the role.
• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup, operation, as it applies to the role.
