About the Department

Job Responsibilities

• To perform transactions, attend to queries and execute administrative duties to support customer needs.
• To educate customers and encourage adoption of digital channels to support branch transformation.
• To acquire customers, cross-sell products and services, and provide referrals to support business need.
• Provide services by completing account transactions such as receiving deposits, paying and others transactions.
• Answer, attend and fulfil customers’ needs and requests.
• Educate customers and migrate them to Digital Platforms and Self-Service machines for seamless and convenient customer experience.
• Explain and advise on and promote bank’s latest products and services such as promotions, campaigns and rates.
• Identify opportunity to make relevant referrals and cross selling activities.
• Meet and greet walk-in customers, ushering them to relevant counters or workstations and ensuring they are attended to by staff.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries and service issues promptly.
