Senior Associate, Debt Services

Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Debt Services and working as part of a team in Malaysia, this role involves taking ownership of a suite of client loan portfolios and acting as the first point of contact for those clients. Key responsibilities include the following :

• Daily portfolio maintenance through processing lifecycle events and restructurings
• Review and set up of new securities or deals / loans including any relevant attributes
• Provide reporting services to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide reporting and support to the client operations team during the NAV cycle
• Position substantiation on a periodic basis for each portfolio
• Provide support to the Team and Department management by participating in projects and resolving ad-hoc queries

Qualifications

Basic understanding of accounting principles
