About The Role
The Product Manager will design habit-forming experiences that keep users engaged and returning to Elfie daily. From streaks and nudges to gamified rewards, you’ll build the core systems that turn health tracking into a rewarding routine-blending behavioral science, emotional design, and data-driven insights to drive long-term habits.

Own and evolve Elfie’s user engagement strategy across onboarding, mid-game, and long-term retention to build lasting behavior changeDesign and optimize behavioral product loops such as streaks, coin economy, challenges, and milestone rewards to drive habit formation and motivationIntegrate personalized in-app communications (notifications, banners, pop-ups) into the user journey in ways that prompt action without overwhelming usersCollaborate with behavioral scientists, designers, engineers, and content teams to transform evidence-based insights into intuitive, engaging product experiencesUse data, user feedback, and A / B testing to understand what drives behavior and continuously improve product outcomesBuild scalable engagement systems with reusable frameworks and logic that can adapt across features, segments, and marketsDefine and track key engagement metrics to guide decisions, measure impact, and prioritize product improvementsChampion a user-first mindset, ensuring every engagement mechanism is grounded in empathy, science, and sustainable health improvementWhat You’ll Need
Product management experience
5+ years of experience in mobile product management, with a focus on user engagement and retention3+ years managing B2C products at scale (500,000+ MAU), ideally in consumer health, education, or lifestyle appsProven ability to drive end-to-end product development- from idea to launch, iteration, and optimizationGamification and behavior design expertise
Experience designing habit-forming features (e.g., streaks, badges, lotteries, or reward systems)Strong understanding of behavioral psychology, motivational design, or consumer engagement frameworksBonus : background in wellness, digital health, or mobile gamesUser-centered design and experimentation
Proficient in Figma for wireframing and collaborating on user flows and journeysFamiliar with mobile UX best practices for daily routines, feedback loops, and micro-interactionsExperienced in designing, running, and analyzing A / B tests and product experimentsData-driven product thinking
Skilled at interpreting engagement funnels, retention curves, and behavioral dataComfortable using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker to inform and validate product decisionsAble to define, track, and optimize product KPIs (D1, D7, D30, streak adherence, etc.)Collaboration and communication
Excellent English communication skills for cross-functional and global team alignmentStrong project ownership with the ability to independently manage priorities and influence stakeholdersEducation
