Experience in software implementation or system maintenance will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, testing, and upgrade of factory software systems.
- Provide business support and conduct user training for daily software system usage.
- Deliver comprehensive maintenance services for core business systems.
- Respond promptly to on-site emergencies and provide technical support within the required timeframe.
- Monitor system performance regularly, identify potential risks, and implement preventive measures.
- Complete assigned tasks and report work progress to the supervisor in a timely manner.
