What You'll Be Doing

• Client Engagement & Sales – Greet every client warmly, acknowledge their presence promptly, understand client preferences through attentive listening and thoughtful conversation, share the stories behind our timepieces highlighting features, craftsmanship, and brand heritage, and meet or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to boutique performance. Present the right product for each client with relevant and inspiring recommendations.
• Client Relationship Management (CRM) – Cultivate long-term relationships with clients via regular follow-ups and exclusive invitations to events or launches; manage and grow an active client book through CRM tools and clienteling; demonstrate discretion and professionalism with high-profile and international clientele.
• Brand & Product Knowledge – Maintain deep product knowledge across collections and novelties, including movements, materials, and craftsmanship; stay updated on brand history, milestones, and current campaigns to support storytelling.
• Boutique Operations & Teamwork – Participate in proper boutique maintenance (product displays, props setup, etc.); uphold company procedures related to operations, customer service, security, and compliance; monitor competitors’ marketing activities and provide market intelligence to Management; work with the team to create a supportive, positive environment focused on shared success.
