System Support Engineer (Automation Warehouse)

Automation Warehouse System Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical support for warehouse management systems (WMS), including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Assist in system configuration, testing, and implementation of new features or upgrades.
Monitor and analyze system performance, reporting any inefficiencies or bugs.
Support warehouse staff in using WMS tools and applications.
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure integration between WMS and other systems

Requirement :

Basic understanding of SQL, database management

Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and end-users

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with attention to detail.

Willingness to work in shifts or provide on-call support when required.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be added as advantage

Must willing to work at MR DIY HQ, Seri Kembangan

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Basic scripting or coding experience is a plus
