Overview

Senior Key Account Executive role at Wipro Consumer Care (LDW) Malaysia. The candidate will manage key accounts in FMCG beauty / personal care with focus on sales execution, promotions, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Visit customers regularly for sales commitment and ensure efficient order processing from order taking to data entry by sales clerk and follow up with warehouse for on-time delivery.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates with customers to monitor performance and shelf off take of our products and competitors’ products performance and trend.
  • Service and support customers to resolve daily trade problems relating to stock, prompt them on low stock level, ensuring full range of stocks are available and well merchandised, replenished in a timely manner.
  • Plan in-store promotions and campaigns to increase sales and provide evaluation and sales analysis of each campaign for further improvement.
  • Ensure sufficiency of stock, POS materials, standees, light boxes and all that are necessary for gondola displays and promotions campaigns.
  • Assist key accounts managers in negotiations of promotions, business reviews and trading terms of either pharmacy chains or global key accounts or local independent chains.
  • Effectively execute simultaneously and consistently all promotions campaigns in all outlets within specific time frame. Ensure that such plans are effectively communicated to local sales personnel and promoter team for uniform and timely execution.
  • Identify opportunities for increased sales performance and feedback to superior / company for new developments and plans to meet target.
  • Build and maintain good rapport with customers as well as with internal sales and promoter teams.
  • Provide good after-sales service to customers and ensure consistent and timely collections of outstanding payments.
  • Submit a weekly report to your superior on sales review of outlets covered including sales achieved weekly, stock level, replenishment activities, problems faced / highlighted by customers, how they were resolved, expenses incurred, activities planned or executed during the week and for forthcoming week.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-7 years key account management in FMCG beauty / personal care industry.
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Power-Point.
  • Strong key account management with good communication and negotiations skills.
  • Age range of 28 - 35 years old.
