JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong focus on the iGaming industry and also with specific experience in digital marketing rather than just traditional design skills. Who able to be proficient in creating visuals and also understand how those visuals contribute to digital marketing strategies such as social media campaigns and online advertising .

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience in creating graphics optimized for digital channels like websites , social media platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. ).
  • Design website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces with a focus on user experience.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences and technologies in digital marketing
  • Ensure all designs meet the company's quality standards and align with the brand's visual identity.
  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies by providing creative input and insights.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Company's clients are 100% from China , candidates must be fluent in Mandarin , both spoken and written .
  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or related field
  • A minimum of 3-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
  • Comfortable engaging industry for various iGaming platforms.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects, InDesign) or other relevant tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in digital marketing.
  • Ability to stay updated on the latest design trends and apply them appropriately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot design issues and find effective solutions.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
