Strategy
Align technical solutions with strategic organisational goals and long-term vision.Lead and implement detailed technical solutions for complex, organization-wide projects including end-to-end holistic solution design (interfacing systems).Develop and drive technology strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Subdomain Tech Lead.Provide high-level analysis for planning and initiative implementation approaches.Expert in solution sizing, estimation, and project forecasting.Support audit reviews and exercises.Drive RFP and vendor evaluation alongside PO to ensure SCB technical standards are met.Business
Act as a senior escalation point for technical issues.Promote engineering craftsmanship and drive strategic business value.Collaborate with PO and align technical solutions to support prioritized backlogs to deliver value-driven capabilities.Oversee technical delivery and excellence across multiple squads or teams.Influence prioritization for technology backlog and strategic initiatives.Knowledge on Wealth domain and technology would be an added advantage (knowledge on MS Dynamics is preferred).Processes
