Identify and secure merchant sales opportunities and promote e-payment solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective merchants.
Conduct merchant training and keep merchants updated on the latest card schemes rules or expanded services.
Manage marketing programmes with merchants to foster long term partnerships.
Assist in merchant fraud investigation and take pro-active measures to mitigate non-compliance risk.
Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and channel sales leads to the relevant stakeholders in the Bank.
