What does the role involve?

• Continuously monitor the market and internal environment to identify new innovations and technologies from suppliers, regions, Competence Centres, Business Units and Global Process Managers. Evaluate their feasibility, business alignment and ROI.
• Support CPOs / POs in integrating innovation into the delivery of defined objectives and results.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, market organisations and Competence Centres to foster collaboration and ensure a steady flow of innovative ideas.
• Monitor the performance of implemented innovations with CPOs / POs, ensuring desired outcomes and providing feedback for continuous improvement or de‑commissioning.
• Regularly benchmark solution usage against industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
• In close collaboration with the Global Business Process Excellence Manager manage the Global Process Management community, drive governance for process modelling and documentation and enable the Market Reach Process Organisation to build and scale strategic marketing processes.
• Build and maintain process landscapes covering account development, pricing, order management, lifecycle management, large projects, engineering services and enabling processes.
• Strengthen business acumen of technical team members, facilitate exchange between Hilti Asia in Kuala Lumpur / Malaysia, global teams and region A2.
• Support KL‑based team leaders in initiatives to strengthen KL teams.
