Production Operator

Production Line Operation : Operate and maintain machinery on the production line to ensure smooth workflow.

Product Quality Control : Conduct basic quality inspections, identify and report defective items to ensure output meets standards.

Packaging and Handling : Perform product packaging, labeling, and preparation tasks to ensure proper handling of finished goods.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets on schedule.

5S & Safety : Maintain a clean and organized work area while strictly adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Qualifications :

Education : SPM / High School Diploma or equivalent. No experience required—comprehensive training provided.

Physical Fitness : Physically fit with ability to stand for extended periods and adapt to shift work (day / night shifts).

Attitude : Demonstrate a positive learning attitude, sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.

Compensation & Benefits : Base salary RM2,000 - 2,300, plus overtime pay (OT), shift allowance, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory benefits.
