The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Setting the project scope, timeline, and budget as well as resource planning and scheduling activities.
  • Working closely with various stakeholders on project-related matters.
  • Overseeing all aspects of project management and operations to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Analyzing risks and mitigating them to ensure the project is delivered on time and cost-effective.
  • Ensuring the project complies with internal guidelines as well as regulatory standards and requirements.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for someone who :

  • Has at least 1 year of experience including strong experience in a similar role in Real Estate and Professional Services.
  • Has excellent communication and influencing skills, is organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Is a strong team player who can manage various stakeholders.
  • Pays strong attention to detail and delivers work that meets high standards.
  • Has strong analytical skills and is comfortable dealing with numerical data.
