Overview

Lead Recruiter / Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at HCLTech in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop changes / fixes and perform unit testing within timelines.
  • Set up test environments as per test plans.
  • Conduct SIT, document results, and support UAT testing.
  • Prepare for production implementation and assist with SDLC documentation.
  • Coordinate and support production deployments.
  • Provide post-live BAU support, investigate issues related to program defects or environment connectivity.
  • Coordinate with Interface App Team, Data Center Operations, IT Infra teams (Server, Network, Security).
  • Participate in requirement discussions, conduct technical analysis, and prepare specifications / designs.
  • Depending on role, coordinate with vendors (PPB, Faxcore, ECM), review technical packages, deploy, and provide logs / data for issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of Java programming experience with Java / JSP / MS SQL / Oracle, especially in the Banking & Finance domain.
  • Experience implementing Jasper Reporting and carry out report migration from the existing Elixir server to the new Jasper server.
  • For ECM roles : Experience with IBM FileNet, Content Navigator, and Case Manager.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with :
  • Wintel and Unix OS
  • MS SQL and Oracle DB
  • Windows and Unix server commands and shell scripting
  • Experience in deployment and patching for WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, and production online / batch support.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, GITHUB, Eclipse.
  • Understand applications such as PPB, ECM, Faxcore, UTMS, ETS, Marsha FE, and related banking products.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders including users and IT teams.
