Position Overview

We are on the lookout for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Agent to become a valuable member of our sales team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to transform pre-qualified leads into happy students through engaging and personalized consultations. Plus, your hard work will be recognized with a performance-based bonus compensation structure.

Location

This position is a fully remote, contract-based role. You can choose your shift : APAC / US / European.

Responsibilities

Connect with potential clients through phone and online communications to understand their educational needs and recommend the best course options
Apply consultative selling techniques to comprehend client goals and customize solutions that fit our offerings
Keep a well-organized pipeline of leads and efficiently track your sales progress using our CRM system
Surpass monthly sales targets while positively impacting the overall success of the sales team

Requirements

Experience : At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally with high-ticket items or in the education technology sector

English Fluency : Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written English, allowing you to interact successfully with a variety of audiences

Sales Acumen : A strong history of meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth

CRM Proficiency : Comfortable with CRM software and familiar with sales tracking techniques

Self-Motivated : Capable of working independently and efficiently managing your time in a remote environment

Positive Attitude : An enthusiastic and proactive mindset for tackling challenges and reaching goals
