Retail Sales Specialist

Role Purpose -

Responsible for Retail strategy in order to ensure that the long-term strategic and financial objectives are achieved. Responsible for managing the day-to-day activity of the retail network, ensuring that the short-term sales objectives are reached

Responsibilities we entrust you with -

• Candidates should possess Product / Solution selling experience to small and medium retail customers.
• Acquire new SME merchants by placing our POS machines.
• Has a flair for numbers and can deliver the assigned business targets driving sales activities.
• Customer centric approach with prior experience interfacing with customers.
• Should be an excellent negotiator.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches.
• Should possess strong analytical, presentation, networking, relationship building skills.
• Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from new and existing markets and maximize sales.
