Responsibilities
- Oversee the bank’s portfolio of applications, ensuring their stability, availability, and performance.
- Hands‑on work on technical issue troubleshooting and ensure application functionality.
- Participate in the planning and execution of application upgrades and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, track incidents, and proactively address potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements for banking application.
- Continually work towards making improvements in the release process.
- Support project team on DEV, SIT and UAT environment deployment and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with ITIL based Bank IT process, especially on incident, problem and change management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.3 years of Technical / Application Support experience on multi technology platforms.Good knowledge on Linux OS, Windows Server, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle.Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues.Excellent understanding of the CI / CD practice.Familiar with application release methodology.Experience in software development lifecycle and agile development methodologies.Experience working in a financial services institution with understanding of MAS technology risk requirements.Highly self‑motivated to excel in assigned tasks and to deliver results for a digital bank.Good communication and coordination skills.Hands‑on development experience is a plus.Excited to work in a fast‑paced environment.Seniority level
