Job Summary :

The Change Management Executive assists in executing change management activities to support successful adoption of new systems, processes, or initiatives. This role supports the Change Management Lead by coordinating communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and tracking of change-related activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop user-friendly training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, instructional videos, and interactive learning modules.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to ensure training content accurately reflects system functionalities, workflows, and organizational policies.
  • Tailor training materials to specific user roles, learning styles, and department-specific business processes.
  • Maintain and manage version-controlled content repositories to ensure structured access and timely updates of training resources.
  • Support training delivery by preparing materials, handouts, trainer kits, and evaluation forms to facilitate effective learning sessions.
  • Gather and integrate feedback from UAT sessions, support teams, and end-users to continuously improve training resources.
  • Ensure all training materials comply with accessibility standards and adhere to best practices for both digital and print delivery.
  • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of practical involvement in projects, preferably within software implementation or system change environments.
  • Proven experience in managing projects involving new system implementations and business process transformations.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise internal communications, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
  • Experience in organizing, facilitating, and supporting training programs for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with IT teams, business units, and end-users throughout project implementation phases.
