Job Description

Develop and implement clientelingclienteling strategies to retain and grow the VIP client base.

Lead the creation of elevated customer experiences, events, and gifting programs tailored to luxury consumers.

Oversee CRMCRM initiatives and loyalty programs, ensuring data is used to drive personalised engagement.

Collaborate with marketing, retail, and merchandising teams to align client engagement across touchpointstouchpoints.

Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviour, and opportunities for tailored outreach.

Drive regional consistency in execution, while allowing for localised strategies in key markets.

The Successful Applicant

8-10 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle with a focus on client engagement or CRMCRM.

Proven track record in leading VIP initiatives and customer loyalty programs.

Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and expectations.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, especially in high-touch customer environments.
