- Prepare and cook dishes including grilled meats, pastas, fried items, and roast items (Serving Pork-Non-Halal)
- Maintain high food quality and consistency
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are followed
- Kitchen prep, opening and closing tasks
Qualifications
Prior experience in a hot kitchen or similar cooking roleAble to speak basic English and / or Bahasa MalaysiaCandidates must possess at least Diploma / CertificateAbility to work independently and in a teamGood understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safetyAble to work weekends, selected public holidays, and rotating shiftsBenefits
