E-Commerce Intern (October Intake)

LUXASIA Group, the leading omnichannel partner for beauty and luxury lifestyle brand distribution, retail, and e-commerce in Asia Pacific, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Operations Executive on a 6 months contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our online initiatives.

E-Commerce Intern

Roles :

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in executing and supporting e-commerce activities on our owned websites.
• Support monthly digital marketing tasks such as :
• Assisting in the preparation of Google and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad copies.
• Coordinating banner design and gift-with-purchase (GWP) promotional assets.
• Conducting routine checks and updates on search keyword redirects.
• Ensure all web content and campaign deliverables are submitted in a timely manner and that they follow brand guidelines and web style guides.
• Manage daily operational tasks including :
• Monitoring order fulfilment and flagging sync issues or potential fraud.
• Checking and resolving order discrepancies.
• Responding to customer inquiries and email communication.
• Recording and reporting daily sales data.
• Handling customer issues when they arise.
