About the role

ARTANS CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Pengerang, Johor. This full-time position will see you play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

Managing all aspects of assigned engineering projects from inception to completion
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams
Monitoring project progress and reporting on key performance indicators
Ensuring projects adhere to all relevant regulations, codes and safety standards
Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our project management processes

What we're looking for

A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in the use of project management software and tools

Civil Engineer with work experiences
