You will assist in the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt's strategies and standards, meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The Assistant Manager - Outlet helps manage the outlet as a profitable unit, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, operating within budget, and supporting the outlet’s financial success.

Responsibilities include ensuring team training on Hyatt’s programs, conducting performance audits, and developing team skills with new ideas and methods.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant Degree, Apprenticeship, or Diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader, with strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Position open only to Malaysian Nationals due to immigration regulations.
