To providing timely and effective administration support to the LSS finance and service team. This includes finance invoicing, entry and processing of service orders, quotations, LHDN upload, inventory ordering / checking, CRM & MYOB data entry.
To assist in service revenue management.
To help establish friendly LSS customer relationship and LSS professional service reputation.
To assist in general administration support when required.
Requirements :
shall possess accounting qualifications such as LCCI, ACCA.
Familiar and proficient with MYOB and Microsoft Excel advantageous
Excellent in spoken & written language of Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Team player and can communicate well
Fresh graduate that willing to learn new things and develop new skills are welcome.
Degree in chemistry, life sciences or business admin with relevant experience in finance and / or service admin can be considered for the position
