About Our Client :

Our client is a trusted provider of company formation and accounting services for UK-based businesses, including virtual office and tax filing support. Their streamlined and partner-driven business model supports clients from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Malaysia.

Job Scope :

  • Input client data into Excel databases including company and personal details.
  • Schedule identity verification procedures with clients via email.
  • Send company registration and document update emails.
  • Manage incoming mail, perform name changes, and document alerts.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook to notify and track irregular letters.
  • Escalate irregular issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Support internal recordkeeping and operational documentation.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to speak Cantonese and read / write Chinese.
  • Able to handle client data with confidentiality and professionalism.
