Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Automotive Digital Cockpit testing team to ensure smooth project execution; allocate tasks and monitor progress.
  • Develop test strategies, plans, and schedules based on requirements and system design specifications.
  • Guide team members in problem analysis and resolution to ensure quality and timelines are met.
  • Prepare regular progress and result reports for internal management and client presentations.
  • Continuously optimize testing processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and capability.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients; proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
  • Diploma degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Automotive Engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of software testing experience, preferably in Automotive Software.
  • 2+ years of team management experience; preferably in Automotive Software / Mobile Application.
  • Proficient in office tools and project management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Redmine).
  • Strong abilities in team development, goal setting, risk management, and process optimization.
  • Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning mindset.
  • Open-minded, proactive communicator, capable of leading teams under pressure.
