Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Event Executive located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Event Executive will be responsible for end‑to‑end event planning and management, from brainstorming concepts to execution. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring high‑quality deliverables, and problem‑solving during events. Additionally, the role involves researching trends and innovative approaches to enhance event experiences.

Qualifications

• Event Planning, Event Management, and Vendor Coordination skills
• Marketing, Branding, and Media Buying (digital and traditional) knowledge
• Strong Project Management and Budgeting abilities
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Creative Thinking and Analytical skills to develop unique event solutions
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced environments
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for event and project management
• Previous experience in the events or marketing industry is highly beneficial
• Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
