Sr Global Internal Communications Manager

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic

Senior Manager of Global Internal Communications

to shape how we connect with our employees worldwide. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that keeps our diverse global workforce informed, engaged, and aligned with our company's vision and objectives.

You'll report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and work closely with leadership across all functions to ensure our internal narrative is clear, consistent, and compelling.

What You'll Do

• Lead Global Internal Communications Strategy : Develop and implement a proactive internal communications strategy that reaches all employees across our global sites, ensuring they are informed about critical business updates, product developments, and organizational changes.
• Manage Corporate and Executive Communications : Own the communication of significant corporate news, including major hires, M&A activity, and executive staff updates. Craft compelling messages that articulate our company's progress and strategic direction.
• Oversee Intranet and Internal Newsletter : Serve as the primary owner and editor of our company intranet and internal newsletter. You'll be responsible for content strategy, curation, and publication, ensuring these platforms are engaging, informative, and accessible resources for all employees.
• Support Company-Wide Initiatives : Provide dedicated communications support for key company-wide efforts, collaborating closely with investor relations, finance, product, HR, and other teams from the outset to ensure their initiatives are effectively communicated internally.
• Drive Site-Specific Updates : Partner with local site leaders and teams to ensure all global sites are up-to-date on business performance, product launches, organizational changes, and company culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing : Work in close partnership with the Marketing team to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging, providing input on relevant collateral and leveraging external campaigns for internal engagement where appropriate.
• Measure and Optimize : Monitor the effectiveness of internal communication channels and strategies, using data and feedback to continuously improve reach, engagement, and impact.
• Foster Engagement : Champion creative approaches to communication, including leveraging video and other multimedia formats, to enhance employee understanding and foster a strong sense of community and connection.
