Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between corporate HQ and local / site management.
  • Ensure company-wide policies, strategies, and initiatives are communicated and implemented effectively at site level.
  • Channel feedback, issues, and local challenges back to corporate for alignment.

Corporate Liaison / Window Person

  • Act as the bridge between corporate HQ and local / site management.
  • Ensure company-wide policies, strategies, and initiatives are communicated and implemented effectively at site level.
  • Channel feedback, issues, and local challenges back to corporate for alignment.
  • Budget & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with management to forecast manpower needs aligned with business goals.
  • Work with corporate HR / finance on budget planning for salaries, benefits, and headcount.
  • Monitor workforce costs to ensure alignment with corporate budget guidelines.
  • Prepare annual manpower budgets with strong Excel skills.
  • Performance Management

  • Drive and promote a high-performance management culture within the Plant across all departments.
  • Manage individual KPIs via SAP SuccessFactors, including weightage and distribution.
  • Annual Performance Bonuses and Short-Term Incentives (STI) are based on scorecard achievements.
  • Compensation and Benefits

  • Proactively review existing compensation elements to ensure consistency in practice within and across Plants.
  • Study market trends and propose competitive compensation ranges based on industry practices.
  • Talent Management

  • Design, plan, implement, and manage programs for the development of internal talent, such as potential successors, high-potential talent, mid-potential talent, and retirement plans.
  • Experience with 9-grid talent assessments is highly valued.
  • Manage employee exit processes to foster positive relationships between employees and the Plant.
  • Compliance and Audit

  • Lead and drive the Plant to achieve self-sustainable social compliance and meet ISO requirements.
  • Payroll (Local)

  • Oversee local payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Processing for local payroll expert , working with corporate to align on policies and audits.
  • HRMS

  • Participate in and / or lead the implementation of the BOSS HR system, SAP SuccessFactors, HR processes, and group initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for managing manpower movement and checking across systems to ensure data accuracy. Additionally, you will be required to prepare manpower or headcount reports.
  • Operations

  • Understand and provide advice on plant-based issues in a manufacturing setting, collaborating effectively with Production and Operations Team Leads.
  • Identify areas for development and improvement and implement solutions quickly.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management as needed.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setting.
  • Strong understanding of HR legal requirements, compliance, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and lead initiatives.
