Overview

As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement; define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs; act as SME and collaborate with the team.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Exhibit expert proficiency in Technology Architecture.
Operate with advanced proficiency in Architecture Frameworks, Operational Architecture, Applications Architecture, and Architectural Design.
Develop innovative technology solutions to address complex business challenges.
Lead the technology architecture design process and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions seamlessly.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend strategic advancements for the organization.

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills with a good understanding of Salesforce best practices; proven ability to work in an agile environment; at least 5 years of Salesforce-related experience.

Build Management proficiency at an Advanced level is suggested.

Develop innovative solutions to enhance application functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application integration.

Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements in application development processes.
