Overview
The Growth Project Executive is a junior execution role supporting the Chief Growth Officer in driving Nexagate's strategic growth initiatives. You will provide operational support to ensure growth projects run smoothly, stay on track, and deliver real impact. This role works closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to facilitate, coordinate, and track growth-related projects across SOCaaS expansion, Nexa Security Intel platform growth, Nexa Academy programs, and regional market development.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, eager to learn, and wants hands-on experience in a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Support to CGO : Report directly to the Chief Growth Officer on project status and updates; Compile and prepare progress reports, presentations, and status updates.
- PMO Operations & Coordination : Assist and facilitate smooth PMO operations through record-keeping, scheduling, handling inquiries, and preparation of correspondence; Track project status with regular updates, overseeing milestones and deadlines; Identify cross-project dependencies, constraints, and impacts of schedules or shared resources; Maintain project documentation and ensure information is organized and accessible.
- Project Facilitation & Tracking : Schedule and coordinate meetings and stakeholder communications; Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines; Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time; Maintain project tracking tools and dashboards; Assist in preparing project plans and related documents.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Liaise between Growth team, PMO, and other departments to ensure alignment; Facilitate communication and information flow across project teams; Coordinate resources and scheduling across multiple growth initiatives; Handle administrative and logistical aspects of project execution.
- Impact Monitoring : Monitor project outcomes and track against growth targets; Compile data and insights on project performance; Identify bottlenecks or delays and escalate to CGO and PMO; Support ensuring projects deliver measurable impact on growth objectives.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field0-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or similar roleFresh graduates with strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn are welcomeInterest in cybersecurity, technology, or growth-oriented industries is a plusTechnical Skills
