About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Sales & Product Representative based in Borneo to join our team at EAST WEST SEED (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and strengthening our presence in the market.

What you'll be doing

• Drives the business in the assigned region by developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and key players in the value-chain.
• Expand business in the assigned region by identifying opportunities and evaluating current market position.
• Achieve committed sales budget targets while maintaining timely collection of payments.
• Provide accurate market information on demands and trends in the assigned region.
• Coordinate and organise marketing and promotional activities in the assigned region.
• Support customers on questions about product specifications and best cultivation practices.
• Work effectively with other team members including supporting junior team members with questions on technical and procedural issues.
• Prepare and submit reports and presentations by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
