Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage production schedules and coordinate activities to optimize productivity.
  • Enhance the efficiency of each production process.
  • Evaluate employees’ tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
  • Analyse production and operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Design workflows and production schedules for optimal resource utilization.
  • Balance workloads to ensure smooth operations and minimal bottlenecks.
  • Develop and enforce workplace safety protocols and ergonomic practices.
  • Optimize resource allocation including materials, labor, and machinery for maximum efficiency.
  • Utilize AutoCAD software to design layouts, workflows, and material handling processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Manage projects related to process improvement, system implementation, and other IE initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Work experience in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or Operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Leadership skills to conduct workshops and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on a team or individually.
  • AutoCAD experience.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • B.S. in Engineering (Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering).
