Job Descriptions :
- Supervise and manage daily activities of drivers and transport staff.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate delivery routes and vehicle assignments.
- Monitor vehicle conditions, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, road transport regulations, and safety standards.
- Track deliveries and resolve delays or transportation issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, incidents, and maintenance.
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training for transport staff.
- Control transport costs and prepare operational reports.
- Investigate and report on transport incidents or accidents.
