The role involves :

Presales & Solution : design and deliver solutions for large enterprise customers in financial, medical and other industries by combining the company’s AI Talkbot product capabilities with customer business needs; demonstrate value to gain recognition.
Presales & Solution : define product and service scope, clarify integration boundaries, and delineate differences between company products and customer systems.
Delivery Project Management : lead projects for delivery or on‑site integration; responsible for requirement communication, project planning, coordination, progress promotion, team leadership, risk management and final delivery.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering new requirements and opportunities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; >

4 years of project manager or solution‑related experience, preferably in software project management.

Strong value‑creation mindset; excellent systematic and logical thinking; rapid learning of product and customer business systems; strong solution design, writing, presentation and communication skills.

Excellent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); Chinese communication skills preferred.

Ability to coordinate with customers, partners and cross‑department internal teams.

Self‑driven and adaptive to rapid company development.

Willingness to adapt to cross‑regional work and pursue overseas experience.
