Collaborate with cross-functional teams across PESB and PONSB to define product specifications, content, positioning, and roadmap.

Be strategic, culturally sensitive, organized, and capable of independent execution.

Your Day-to-Day :

Define new products for overseas markets.

Develop strategies tailored to each market (features, pricing, volume forecasts).

Ensure compliance with regulations and market expectations.

Product Lifecycle & Launch Management

Co‑develop marketing materials.

Coordinate product launch readiness with internal teams and distributors.

Market Intelligence & Business Insights

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Analyze data to support strategic decisions.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Represent product planning in internal and external engagements.

Collaborate across departments to ensure aligned execution.

Leadership & Special Assignments

Lead strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by senior leadership.

Job Requirements and Skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu .

Mandarin literacy is an added advantage.

Presentation & Analytical Skills

Market Knowledge
