About The Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and dedicated professionals with hands‑on experience in audio transcription and quality assurance . The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately converting audio content into written text, maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen carefully to audio recordings and transcribe them into clear, accurate, and grammatically correct text .
• Identify and correct transcription errors , ensuring proper spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
• Handle different accents, speech clarity levels, and background noises with attention to detail.
• Tag and label transcriptions as per project guidelines.
• Review, proofread, and edit transcripts for quality, accuracy, and completeness .
• Follow client‑specific formatting and delivery instructions.
• Work closely with project leads and QA teams to meet daily quality and productivity targets .
• Maintain confidentiality and data security of all content handled.
