SALES COORDINATOR

Description : Give full support to Head of Sales by assisting to manage the Sales operation & ensuring the hotel’s revenue goals are met. Analyse market trends & developing strategies to increase Sales & attract new customers. Responsible for building relationship with customers & negotiating contracts

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with telemarketing, maintaining client relationships, in-house & outside sales and preparing sales-related documents and proposals.
• Event Coordination : Communicate with clients, coordinate with other in-house hotel departments, and ensure the successful execution of events and meetings.
• Digital & Brand Management : Creativity in create the hotel's digital reputation and online presence, as well as assist with in-house branding and promotional materials.
• Administrative Tasks : Prepare sales operation report, manage amenity procurement, and assembled information packages.
• Client Relations : Process customer orders, ensure data accuracy, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
