- Advisors, Managed Services is the global business unit responsible for delivering marketing consulting capabilities for Mastercard’s customer verticals : financial institutions, governments, retailers and ecommerce
- The Managed Services Business Leader for Southeast Asia defines marketing consulting solutions and leads the delivery and execution of impactful engagements for this rapidly growing division, as well as for the leading accounts in the region. The role also actively supports sales efforts by building a body of quantifiable successes

Role
Be a part of the expansion of Managed Services in Southeast Asia for leading local and regional accounts, working closely with Business DevelopmentDeliver highly effective and efficient digital and integrated marketing strategies and programmes across all channels to acquire new profitable accounts and optimize portfolios for FIs, retailers and ecommerce, and governmentsFrame, package and design digital and integrated marketing solutions / products and manage delivery and execution from an end-to-end perspective to drive performance for clientsIdentify key pain points and deliver strategic value and growth to clients through strategic digital marketing projectsIdentify cost efficiencies and opportunities for scale and impactManage external agenciesManage clients and corresponding projects cadence and P&LManage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively from inception through to project implementation and optimizationSupport and manage GTM strategies and programmes in key SEA marketsAll About You
BA required; MBA preferredExperience at a large issuing bank in Asia Pacific and / or other sophisticated payments markets; retailer experience a plusPerformance and growth digital marketing experience in fintech and / or digital bank is beneficialHands-on experience in designing and delivering large scale campaigns acquiring new customers and marketing to existing customersComfortable in a remote managerial situationAcquainted with martech solutionsMarketing consultancy experience preferredStrong business acumen and entrepreneurial spiritExcellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skillsStrong team player and able to work independently at the same timeTravel required; approximately 50% (post covid)Corporate Security Responsibility
