As a Subject Matter Expert Digital Marketing / Coordinator (Japanese Speaker) you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external teams to distribute best-in-class creative campaigns for The Client titles.
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in managing vendors who distribute The Client campaigns for the biggest global and local titles as well as various smaller earned and owned title
You will co-ordinate and work with external creative and media agencies as well as internal local and global stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless flighting of paid and organic campaigns
Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of marketing experience preferably from a consumer brand or creative agency that handles marketing campaigns
Has knowledge and exposure to running 360-campaigns from campaign development to tactical execution (including AV trailers digital social print and out-of-home).
Is a creative thinker with a strong pulse on pop culture and social trends
Is a proactive and highly-organized collaborator in a fast-paced multifaceted environment. We will typically have multiple campaigns launching at once which require working with multiple stakeholders.
Written and Verbal fluency in both English and japanese (JLPT N2 / N1)
You thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment possess a high level of intellectual curiosity and demonstrate strong judgment and leadership in the face of ambiguity.

Native understanding of Japan markets combined with the skills to tell compelling stories for the market through budget-agnostic ideas

Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team working both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders
Clear communication that keeps teams accountable vs just relaying information from point A to point B
Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced multifaceted environment
Capacity to continuously provide and receive constructive actionable feedback to and from colleagues
