What You'll Do :
- Implement software solutions including patching, installation, and upgrades
- Manage and support cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and SaaS applications
- Administer Microsoft infrastructure including Windows Server, MS SQL, Azure integrations, Active Directory, and Hyper-V
- Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, JSON, and shell scripting
- Work with PostgreSQL databases and ensure optimal performance
- Understand and support APIs, integrations, and data structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure reliability and scalability
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear technical guidance
